Who alone works wonders.
And blessed be His glorious name forever;
And may the whole earth be filled with His glory.

  1. I have not read this yet. Didn't want you to get up in the AM Susie and not have your bread ready. :-)

  2. How thoughtful of you, Heather! Thanks for setting it up so I could read this morning. I hope this posting problem is fixed - still having issues with it but will keep trying to fix it permanently.

    Love this reading! Solomon prayed for wisdom and knowledge and God abundantly answered. Then the story of the two mothers - and the details of their backgrounds I hadn't remembered - just showing how Solomon (and God) judge righteously regardless of station in life. Then the wealth and amass of Solomon reminds me of Matther 6:28-29 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these."
