Day 114 May 25; Psalm 43-45, 49, 84-85, 87

Why are you in despair, O my soul?
And why are you disturbed within me?
Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him,
The help of my countenance and my God.

    I love that song and love the Psalm behind it! What a wonderful song to sing around and around, until we "get it" - the concept and glorious reality of knowing God. May that joy of knowing Him keep us gratefully seeking Him!

    These Psalms were good - some heavy and despairing, but coming around to the joy of knowing God. As it should be - not matter what - looking at God lifts our eyes to Him.
