Okay, I learned that the only source of truth is God through the scriptures.
Is this trial of testing, repentence and forgiveness resulting in an even better understanding of and closeness with God not what is played out in all our lives -- usually in a much smaller scale? (testing being for us to see our weaknesses)
Then God casts a shadow of our Lord and Savior when He has Job pray for his friends as an intermediary.
And finally -- restoration of all things materially as when Christ returns we will have restoration of all things God intended in the eternal state.
