Day 56 Numbers 7
"But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanseth us from all sin." 1 John 1:7
This is interesting reading - even though it may be cumbersome at times. It leads me to read in commentaries for clarification, and other versions (translations of the Bible) to better understand the chapter.
Today, after reading Chapter 7, I read Matthew Henry's commentary. That helped me not get bogged down - here is a highlight of what he said about God speaking to Moses from between the cherubim -
"He who now spake to Moses, as the Shechinah or Divine Majesty, from between the Cherubim, was the Eternal Word, the second Person in the Trinity; for all God's communion with man is by his Son, by whom he made the world, and rules the church, who is the same yesterday, to-day, and for ever."
